My mother is always clean and tidy when I visit. Staff are always calm and friendly, and I feel confident that she is safe and treated with kindness.

I find the staff very helpful and accommodating. They are a family orientated unit, treating the people living at Park House with companionship and respect at all times.

My mother spent her last 18 months at Park House. It is a special, welcoming place with a wonderful team of dedicated staff. My father was a resident at Park House for almost 6 years. My wife and I have considerable experience of care homes having had her mother in care for over 10 years. We have visited Park House roughly once a month for the whole period and have always been overwhelmed by the friendly, clean and positive atmosphere. My mother has been in this home full-time for nearly two years. She is now 101. She began with respite periods and progressed to full time. The home is very well run by the owner who is very much hands on. If outside medical help is needed it is always encouraged without delay. The staff are well trained and the residents are helped to feel that it really is their home. I have the highest regard for the owner and staff and would recommend it to anyone.
